The 2026 Annual Mayne Island Fall Fair will take place on Saturday, August 15th.

Fall Fair registration is now closed.

It's a family day of fun at a traditional fall fair: exhibits in the hall, a parade, entertainment,

prizes and other activities!

2025 Exhibition Entry Forms

The Fall Fair booklet includes the category divisions, entry numbers, rules and regulations, schedule of events, and deadlines.
Please check the Judging Standards document. The decision of the judges is final in all cases, according to the judging standards.
You may print a copy of the entry form and deliver it in person to the Ag Hall on Saturday, August 9 from 10am – 3p.
- No in-person entries will be accepted after the deadline on Saturday at 3pm.
OR, you may print, scan and email an entry form, or submit through the online form below, by Monday, August 11, 6pm.
- No online forms or emailed entries will be accepted after the e-deadline on Monday, August 11, 6pm.

Submission of exhibits are to be dropped off at the Ag Hall on

Thursday August 14 between 3pm and 7pm.

10:00...................Hall, Grounds, Market, and Zucchini Race Registration open
10:30...................Parade begins, Petting Zoo opens

11:30...................Lions Barbecue, Live Entertainment, and Children's Games open
12:00...................Legion Beer Garden opens

12:30...................Pender Highlanders

1:00.....................Zucchini Race registration closes and Lions Bingo open
1:30.....................Zucchini Races begin, Children's Games close

2:30.....................Lions Bingo and Petting Zoo close

2:45.....................Trophies

3:00.....................Hall and Market close, exhibitors pick up entries

3:30.....................Lions Barbecue closes

4:00.....................Live Entertainment, Beer Garden, and Grounds close

Parade

You must be in the assembly areas, either foot or vehicle, by 9:30am (see the map below).
Judging of floats, bikes and animals is at 10:00 a.m.
Parade starts at 10:30 a.m.
Entry forms can be:
- Printed, scanned and emailed to FallFairMayne@gmail.com
- Dropped off at the Agricultural Hall on registration days: Saturday, August 9, 10:00am-3:00pm
- Submitted online using the form button below.
Online entry deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 11.
