Booking

Rates

  • One Session (morning, afternoon or evening)  $35

  • Two Sessions  $65

  • Three Sessions  $95

  • The hall & grounds can be rented separately or together.

  • The rate for the grounds will be set on a case by case basis, depending on the services required, e.g. water, power etc.

  • Additional fees may apply:

    • Tea and Coffee Service $10

    • Light Meal Prep $20

    • Full Meal Prep $35

    • Multi-day Event: please inquire

    • Use of white table cloths  $15 each (professional cleaning)

    • Historic photographs hung or taken down  $50

    • Change of Door Code  $50

    • Any other special requests: please inquire

Insurance

Ag Hall insurance covers damage to the Ag Hall and Grounds

and does not extend to users.

 

Secure a Special Events Liquor License: 

BCL SPECIAL EVENTS PERMIT

With a liquor license, all servers require the certification  Serving it Right, or Special Events Server.

A person with Foodsafe certification may be required at certain events.

You may also find an insurer of your choice, or use your own existing insurance company.

For requests to book the Mayne Island Agricultural Hall and/or the grounds, please check the calendar for available dates and times, read the rental terms and conditions, then complete and submit the form on the bottom of this page.

 

Once we receive your request, we will contact you via email or phone. If you have not heard from us about your booking request in a reasonable amount of time (two to three days) please contact the Booking Coordinator:

Payment arrangements will be made with the coordinator

when your booking is complete,
